In Google Maps, navigate to the track and tap the Plus Code shown on the location card. Paste it below — the app decodes it to GPS coordinates automatically.

Track heading: The compass direction the car travels (0–360°). Used to auto-classify wind as headwind or tailwind from live weather data.
// Car Management
Each car has its own run log and algorithm settings. Tracks are shared. Switch cars here before logging runs or generating predictions.
// Understanding the Variables
Temperature ↑ → air less dense → car runs slower → ET ↑ increases
Barometer ↑ → air more dense → car runs faster → ET ↓ decreases
Vapor Pressure ↑ → more moisture → air less dense → ET ↑ increases
Humidity ↑ → more water vapor → air less dense → ET ↑ increases
Every track has its own independent tuning — open Prediction Tuning from the ET Predict page, pick a track, and adjust its IDW, Car-Specific Physics, or Patrick Hale settings there.
// Notes
● 1/8 mi predictions use 660' ET from ALL runs (1/4 and 1/8)
● 1/4 mi predictions use only runs with a 1320' ET
● Minimum 3 runs per track for IDW/Hale, 1 for Car-Specific Physics
● "All Tracks" mode uses IDW only — useful at a new track with too little history of its own
Track names in CSV must match exactly:

IDW's own extrapolation correction — blends in a fixed-ratio physics estimate when today's conditions are notably outside this track's logged data, ramping from no effect near your logged runs up to a 40% cap when extrapolating well beyond them. Each value below is how much that variable must change to shift the estimate by .01 seconds.
Every ___ °F change 2.1
Every ___ inHg barometer change 0.10
Every ___ inHg vapor pressure change 0.070
